Kraft paper like, yiu do have to pu ch out the ribbon hole as well as the heart, but that was easy-peas. Purchased for a wedding, but am using for other gift giving tags. I use whatever ribbon or cord suits the gifting type event without difficulty. Glad I purchased. Price fair,packaging and delivery fine and dandy.

I bought these in august last year for presents and Christmas and we’re still going! The string tangles easily but they are really good quality labels and work well even with metallic markers. Love the ones with heart cut outs although a bit of a pain you have to press the hearts out yourself as it can get messy! Would repurchase

I was surprised to find that only half of the tags had heart cutouts. Looking back at the description, it mentions this in the fine print, but it's not clear from the title or photos, most of which show only the version with heart cutouts. I'm honestly not sure why they would sell a pack with both kinds of tags. I was also expecting the twine to already be trimmed and attached to the tags for easy tying, but that was not the case--you have to cut each piece of twine separately and thread it through the tag. It was my fault for making that assumption, but I did want to note it in case anyone else assumed the same. The tags themselves are nice enough, but I wish all of these features had been much clearer so I could have bought something else that actually suited my needs.
