I thought they would be good vitamins n maybe it takes a week or more but I couldn't even tell I took the B complex.. it didn't do anything for me.. I couldn't feel anything from them. But otherwise they arrived within a couple days n were in good condition .. just not the potency I thought they were advertised on the bottle.. or it's just me . 🤭
