Good morning, I love these ice packs. They are made with quality materials. They do not freeze solid so they work wonderfully to use on injuries. It comes with a storage case and a cover that has straps so you can use it anywhere on the body you want to.

This really is huge. I bought several ice packs, all claiming to be extra large, but this is the only one that really was. It will cover a good sized area and it's very sturdy. You can put some weight on it and it won't split. This came in very hand post surgery and for other uses since then.

I got this for my husband who has transvers myelitis. He is very heat sensitive. This ice pack cools him down quickly & allows him to stay outside longer when it is hot. The only thing I did was sew some double-sided velcro on it to hold the ice pack on. He didn't like the feel of the strap(that's included) around his neck. The velcro is the double-sided wire wrap used for tying up computer cables. I would have given 5 stars, but due to having to modify, I gave 4.

I bought the 11 x 14 pack after a knee injury and it wraps around my entire knee. It seems to be of good quality materials. I like that it comes out of a sleeve with the straps are attached, and can be used for hot and cold therapy. It came with a decent zipper storage bag and an extra strap to use as an extension for wrapping a large area. Very pleased with this gel pack.

This is the best purchase I have made in a long time. Easy to use. Comfortable. I use it on my back, strap it on and I go about doing other things. My son had recent shoulder surgery. He can strap that on his shoulder and it stays in place. Wonderful items.

I bought two of these one for my mother in law and one for me. I have slept with multiple ice packs for years lol. One on both of my knees and sometimes a third on my hip I got my mother in law one because she was having neck and arm pain and this was big enough to hit both spots. She said she is happy with it. I was impressed by the size as soon as I seen hers, so I choose to go back and grab one for myself. But because I’ve been icing for years I can be a lil more particular on my ice packs. The cons for me where the fact that it doesn’t get as cold as my other ones get. Also it doesn’t stay as cold for as long as my other packs. But that could be due to the fact that one size is a softer fabric material. Now for my mother in law that’s a good thing bc she doesn’t want a freezing cold ice pack like I prefer. It’s also pretty bulky and heavy so not the best for knees but does work great on your hip. The product is still what I would consider high quality and has lasted for few months already with no wear or tear. It really comes down to what you are using it for and what you like. And if it’s for someone who’s elderly I think it’s great because it’s easy to use and not going to be to cold on the skin.

Love that the ice packs come with a sleeve to put them in. They stay cold for a long time and are large enough to drape over the thigh and any other area. I am really happy with the size.

Didn’t love how the top strap was but the ice pack itself is great! Great size. About a size 12 women and fits front and back of hip!
