Does it come with the orange scuba suit for barnacles? It shows it in the video clip but not in the item pictures. Thanks!

Hello -- It does not come with the scuba suit. The gup A is rather nice and so is the Cap figurine. Otherwise the toy is nice but rather limited. Hope this helps. JRG

Can this toy go in the water?

Only if you aren't concerned with two tiny stickers on the inside wall possibly coming off. Look at the 4th picture listed with the item that shows the inside of the Octopod and you can see 2 small rectangles on either side of the pod at about shoulder level to Captain Barnacal. These seem to be better than your average sticker, but they are stickers. Otherwise this is a very basic Octopod with no moving parts other than pieces like the slide that you attach. Even the door on the front does not open.

Is this toy submersible like for use in a bath tub? If not is there one that does?

Octopod Playset

My child loves anything Octonauts so the octopod was a must. Would have liked for it to be a little bigger and better built like the octoray that I purchased. Accessories fall off often and need to be reassembled. But overall, nice toy. My toddler loves it.

Expensive for what it is

I bought this for my grandson’s 4th birthday and he did love it but I was a bit disappointed in the quality of it for the price.

I wish I had a picture

When my grandson wanted this Octopod for his birthday I jumped. At first I wasn't impressed. I thought this will be in the trash like a five dollar Family Dollar toy within a week. Much to my surprise it's been a month and it's still holding up. What's even better, this 6 year old boy loves it and plays with it every day. The durability has impressed me and changed my mind. I highly recommend the Octapod and I would buy it again.
