Is the handle Strong enough to hold the refillablle rollers?

A bit flexi but it holds the roller well. 8 out of 10.

How many sheets or layers are included in each refill? Does the refill last a long time, or will it need to be replaced frequently?

NoorBuzz pet hair lint removers are high quality and extra sticky. It can easily pick up all kind of lint and debris. Each refill is consist of 60 layers which last for a reasonable time so you don't need to worry about it all times.

Is the handle of the lint roller comfortable to hold and use? Does it feel sturdy and durable?

Somehow it holds and good to just roll it your your pants or clothes. It is not that too sturdy ( a bit flexy) but it really does the work. I bought from homecenter but got loose in few use. This one is just fine.
