BulkSupplements.com Creatine Monohydrate Powder - 250g (Pack of 1)

Bulk Supplements does not disappoint. This creatine is high quality. Dissolves easily. Has no taste or odor. And is a great value for the money. No complains, just creatine.

I purchased this product as a part of my own pre-workout stack consisting of 4 g Beta Alanine, 6 g Citrulline Malate, and 4 g Creatine Monohydrate. I have taken a few other pre-workouts in the past and do not like many of the added fillers ($$), and having to deal with unknown dosage amounts that end up in "proprietary blends". Bulk Supplements provide exactly what they advertise, the purest form of said ingredients at very reasonable products. That being said, the quality of the products are top notch and my results have been reflective of that. I have made significant gains on my lifts in both volume and number, increased strength, stamina, and endurance, and have been able to do so on a caloric deficit without compromise. My aim was to control the specific dosages of each ingredient for my desired results (fat loss and muscle gain), and Bulk Supplements have allowed me to do that. All three powders mix and dissolve very well with water, with no clumping or residue left behind in the shaker bottle. Beta Alanine is said to help prevent muscular fatigue during workouts, while Citrulline Malate is a vaso-dialator, which leads to a better pump. Creatine Monohydrate helps support lean muscle and ATP synthesis while aiding in muscular recovery. It is especially beneficial for anaerobic exercises that require that extra push. As far as I can tell, the Beta Alanine and Creatine Monohydrate both have neutral flavors, but the Citrulline Malate is extremely bitter. I would recommend mixing with some form of sweetener to offset the bitterness and make this blend more palatable. I use Fruit Punch Gatorade powder (11g) for my mix and it works for me. This is only about a half dose of the Gatorade powder as listed on the bottle, but again, trying to cut involves limiting sugar and calorie intake. Some may want it sweeter, but I'm taking this for results, not taste. To anyone looking to build a custom pre-workout, I would highly recommend using Bulk Supplements. Shipping is fast, accurate, and relatively inexpensive compared to the flashier brands you will see in places like GNC. I will soon be adding BCAA 2:1:1 into my daily routine to help with muscle soreness and recovery as well.

One reviewer chose to focus on the fact that this product originates from China as a reason not to buy it. Well with that mind set if you get a headache or cancer or HIV or a serious infection and need medication then you will just have to die because almost all the over the counter medicine and prescription drugs in the US are from China and Asia. The important thing is IF THEY TEST IT FOR PURITY when it gets here and this product DOES. Anyway I've taken this creatine for 20 days straight and just reordered a bag. I've taken cellucor and body fortress and some creatine I bought here on amazon from some co. in texas and this is far and away the best. There's no BS in it, no sugar, no dyes, no dumb crap like L carnitine that does literally nothing just good ol creatine mono! 1st off! Take 5 grams a DAY with food maybe 1-2 hours before working out and take it EVERY DAY! Some companies have put bogus info out there that you need to go through a "loading phase" this is purely a marketing ploy to get people to burn through their first bag quickly and 5 grams is the most you can take, any more than that is just a waste. Creatine needs to build up in your body and I didn't get any effects until maybe 12 days after starting. When it kicked in.... IT KICKED IN! I have WAY more energy and I work out hard and have focus and when before after maybe 2 sets I'd start goin into la la land or tuning out or losing interest the pumps I get keep me interested. Seriously you get crazy pumps and it makes you wanna do more and it drives you. I noticed marked recovery improvement too if I tore some muscles lets say my calves before it would take like 3-4 days for them to heal but now it's maybe 2-3. In general I have more energy whether it is not being as tired when getting home from work or doing some yard work or cleaning, I just have more energy! I love this stuff and I love creatine in general. There are soooo many supps out there with all kinds of claims from test boosters to preworkout nonsense and amino acid this and that it is all bogus. Creatine is literally the only supplement that is PROVEN to work and it was discovered in the 1800's and really researched and tested in the 1950's and has been the subject of all kinds of ACTUAL testing/research since then and it all says it works. Most claims now that say something works they go in and do 1 test and then make a claim they don't do multiple tests to actually PROVE the product works. So if you want creatine then buy this stuff! Or you can go to GNC and pay $35-60 for a 1 month supply of Cellucor creatine with tons of sugar and additives and crap or go to wal mart and pay $16 for a what like 2 week supply of Body Fortress's "creatine flavored cool aid sugar blast rush" lol I take a 1 tsp scoop of this stuff, plop it on my tongue, and then chug a glass of water and BAM! READY TO GO! 100% recommend this stuff over anything in the stores!

It’s creatine. Good price point for the amount purchased, have had good results with this brand in the past. No flavor and mixes like all other pure creatine products. I just add it in with my pre-workout, and it gets mixed in with all my other ingredients.

Love this product! Mixes well with other drinks. I gained about 10lbs of muscle after using this product for three months. Great price too!

My fav creatine! Works great and is inexpensive! Research it. You should ALL take it!

I have been lifting weights for about one year. I have researched the use of creatine and it seems like the supplement with the most value for helping improve muscle that I have found. I followed the rec dose on the package. I did not do the loading that many people talk about as I researched that the loading phase is not needed. I noticed about a 4 lb weight gain in the first 2 weeks that is from water retention in the muscles due to the creatine. I noticed in about 7-10 days an increase in my max reps before fatigue was about 15%. For example, my regular routine was to do bicep curls, 10 reps for 3 sets with failure at/around the 10 rep point. I was lifting 30lb dumbbells. After taking the creatine for 7-10 days I found my failure to be 12 reps. I found all my other lifting routines had a similar increase of the reps to failure. I did not notice any side effect that I could tell except the water weight gain. This mixed pretty well and dissolved about 90%. I did notice that if you let your drink sit for a few minutes after mixing some of the mix would precipitate out but I would just add a little more liquid or shake the bottle some. It had almost no taste and I would mix it with sports drink, iced T or even water without noticing it was in the drink. This is a great value for this supplement for the price. I Am still using this product and will continue to order this supplement.

Doesn’t make me feel bloated or gassy Definite boost when doing heavy lifting reps I am mostly a Yogi, but in order to be a strong Yogi, one must lift weights – hence the creatine, it works well. You need to drink a lot of water with this as creatine pulls water into your muscles which is why it helps on the recovery side – just remember to drink a lot of water to make up for the creatine pull. Additional plus!!!! : This creatine seems to help me when I feel like I’m getting a cold/flu/unknown bug (I’m a teacher). I don’t know if it’s the creatine or the placebo affect… but it works, I didn’t get sick when my entire school felt “icky” and it gave me energy when I really just wanted to stay in bed… so….I’ll be taking this on those days. Super fine and dissolves well in water I don’t think that is has much of a taste when added to water, I usually add to my morning smoothie, but forgot a couple of times and so drank it in water, it was okay. Excellent company – have started buying all of the supplements that I can from Bulk Supplements Can’t say enough good things about this company! I am allergic to so many of the “fillers” that a lot of companies use, but with BS I don’t have to worry – I haven’t had 1 allergic reaction to any of their products and that, believe me, is a miracle.
