For the price there are great. They apply just as smooth as a department lip liner. Very nice. Colors off a little bit as shown on outside, for the price it’s ok.

These are very smooth, creamy, pigmented. They will smudge and transfer slightly if you bump your lips or are drinking a good bit, but I honestly don’t mind that. I’d rather have a creamy liner that I have to reapply than one which makes my lips dry or damaged. I use liners as an all-over color instead of lipstick and these are gorgeous!

Nina Pool recommended. I didn’t care for all of the colors - but that was the beauty of this pack - I got to try on many shades and with the ones that I kept - it was still good deal. Stays on for a good amount of time. Def recommend.

These liners are just ok. All of the colors are pretty much the same, not sure who needs this many pinkish, reddish liners. The liners go on fairly smooth and last a good while, however I have found that while applying, the liner will roll back down causing you to have to twist it back up again.

I would do a swatch test but that would take too much time lol. Just know if you’re buying this based off of the colors on the liners, that’s not the color you’ll get when you use them. They’re pretty similar in color to eachother and hard to differentiate between them all. Don’t get me wrong, the pigment is good and they go on smooth, last a decent amount of time, and come off clean…. but like i said the colors are not as pictured/described at all. Do with this what you will

Maybe it's me, but so many of the pencils seemed to be duplicates. Lip liner went on well but color did not last long after application.

These are just as nice as the Clinique liner I have, but at 1/10th of the cost with a nice variety of colors. I rated low moisturizer, because I don't find any lip liners to be that moisturizing. You can use lip balm or your lipstick for that. I use liner to line or reshape my lips, or even in place of a lipstick. If you can't afford more expensive, nicer lipstick, then a good liner will help make a cheaper one look and hold better without bleeding or feathering. These are a great choice for a great price!
