Bought these to dry brine meats in the fridge and they fit perfectly in or on my baking sheets. Easy to throw in the dishwasher, use for cooling, or anything else. They are flexible but so far have not bent or deformed under large cuts of meats including about 10 lbs.

Use mine all the time. When frying we use them as a drip tray to drip grease. When. Making biscuits or bagels, it's nice to cool them down.

these are very helpful for baking chicken, or using as a baking rack to cool! whatever you need, these can do it all!

I have a narrow cupboard with two roll-out shelves that I use for storing, waxed paper, foil, freezer bags, etc. They had been just randomly stacked in there before I got these racks. Whenever I needed something on the bottom of the stack, I either had to remove all the things above it, or try to slip it out and risk upsetting the whole stack. These shelves just fit the width of my cupboard and extend far enough back to support the long boxes. I now can remove and replace any needed item without disturbing the rest. My only suggestion to improve them would have been to have a short "lip" on the ends of the racks so the ones stacked above couldn't slip off. Since I'm using them for storage rather than foods, I just used narrow strips of duct tape on the corners to bind the upper racks to the lower so they won't slip off. I like them so well, I'm ordering another set of racks for the upper shelf in the cupboard.

We use these in our smoker for jerky. Fit well and works for what we needed for placement.
