I guess nothing lasts forever. the little fan just died today and i'm going to have to buy another one... from the same seller. why? well i have used this every single day, twice and almost three times a day for nearly two years. I have done the correct maintenance and cleaning, being extremely careful not to wet the fan. I did replace the USB cable because the humidity did some rusting and the power was failing. Once cleaned and replaced, it worked perfectly as new. I recommend covering the C cable connection to the diffuser with some material ( cardboard, plastic, fabric) to minimize the rusting . The fan also needs to be cleaned from time to time from the lint and dust. I used a compressed gas electronic duster. After two years of using it 24/7, maybe the fan was getting a little louder but i got used to the noise. The difusser is in my bedroom and sometimes i wake up when it shuts off and the noise stops. This time i am getting the white one because the black gets too many white water marks (when water dries) and it needs a constant cleaning. Even when i have a water conditioning filter for the entire house, i still get the water marks. Hopefully the new one will also lasts as long as the first one. I recommend this product 100% and i am buying it again

this product is amazing my room has never smelt better and this product is easy to use you just add water then add any scent you want i personally added in cologne and had the room smelling like my signature scent as it smells amazing it really capitalized the aroma in my room. this product barely makes any noise but if you were just going about your day you would definitely not hear it at all. it took me a minute to find out how to switch colors but it is really easy to do just took a while. the product has an auto shut off feature when water gets into where it’s not supposed to and it works i got water into those places before and it wouldn’t turn on until it’s dry and that’s an amazing feature so you don’t break anything. this is over all an amazing room and i would definitely recommend if you want you room smelling better in minutes

I really wanted to love this diffuser because the flame effect looks beautiful in the product photos, but my experience was disappointing. The flame mist effect was inconsistent from the start, and after only a short time it barely produced any mist at all. The remote was also hit-or-miss and didn’t always respond unless I was standing right next to the unit. The water tank is smaller than I expected, so it needs frequent refilling, and the overall build feels lightweight and a bit cheap. I also noticed a faint plastic smell during the first few uses that took away from the aromatherapy experience. For the price, I expected something more reliable. It looks nice sitting on a shelf, but the performance just didn’t live up to the description. Unfortunately, I missed the deadline to return it.

Arrived quickly and packaged well. Love how simple yet elegant it is. The lights are magical and keeps my cat's attention. Easy to clean, and a great quality for price.

Works as described. The only thing I find annoying is when it shuts it self after a while. Not a big deal you can just turn it back on, just annoying to me.

Love this! Looks as shown, and can use with or without essential oil, as my husband doesn't always care for certain scents.

Newly bought and mine barely spewing

Ive bought so many humidifiers and none work this good. It has 2 light settings, but only lights up in a warm yellow colour. It didnt work at first but then it worked fine. Has an auto shut-off feature!

I simply love it. The flames works better if you put half water in the tank though. The jack is usb-c to usb 2.0 and its not very extensible. Which can be a problem for some setup. Still it works fine, takes around a day to empty the tank when its full. I recommend :)
