Wonderful Shitake Mushroom snack
Found these again after not being available for a good while. Love these things!! If you like Shitakes, you'll love them too. They are cooked and dried but edible out of the bag. You don't have to rehydrate them. However, I have found a number of ways to use them that does rehydrate them. I chop them up a bit and add to brown rice while it is cooking. I also chop them up and add to scramble eggs or in an omelette - delicious!!! Add them on a salad, put them in soup, or almost anything you like. Plus they are Organic! Great product!!

Tasty, healthy (sans the sugar), if expensive snack
Tasty, organic shiitake mushrooms in sugary coating. Taste must be acquired however, at first it is quite odd tasting - but grows on you with time. I do like it but use it sparingly now.

YUM YUM— one thing I would change
they are delicious, there is one thing I would change and that is their use of seed oils. It is in organic palm oil nonetheless, they are tasty and they are healthy comparative to your other crispy, crunchy and seasoned snacks on the market.

Delivery never arrived
Had theae before. Delicious but they never arrived. Delivery Kept getting delayed

I keep buying them
Delicious and addictive!! However, they are a bit too salty for me so I put the mushrooms in a strainer and shake them up to get rid of the excess.

DELICIOUS
LOVE THESE I get them at Costco but I was craving more 😭 cuz I finished them!! Though I’m worried about the warning stuff about cancer and infertility so I won’t eat them as much after I finish this bag
