To be honest
After communicating with the store. They explained the item I purchased needed an electrician and we did not know that so we thought it wasn’t working. But really it just was user error. I would say do your research. I did have a problem originally with the rep helping me, however they did reach out on Amazon and corrected the issue. Thank you for your response, and fixing my concerns.
