I don't see it on the photo, but i'm asking anyway, does the ship have titanic written on it anywhere?

No it doesn’t. We tried but with it being 12” long and 4” tall, we could not get the lettering clean and neat and small enough to scale.

Can this be played with in the bathtub? Does it float?

Yes it does float and it can be played with in the bathtub but our models do not float straight up and down. They were originally designed for their high level of detail and historical accuracy, so please don't buy them if all you are wanting is a toy boat that floats straight up and down.
