I bought this on sale and received quickly. the pad (track) is somehow not well-fitted, the lower right corner is slightly (veryyyy slightlyyy) shallow, compared to lower left corner. Whenever I click, the click sound is a bit strange. But trackpad all over is working. I presume that it's from HP's Quality Control. Wonder why this product is already not in available in their shopping website. To companies, whatever happens in your QC and logistics, please don't disappoint your customers.Anyways, track pad is not an issue for me since I can use it with wireless mouse which I already have. And trackpad is working fine, it's just that the rectangle is not 100% fit-snuggle.The product description is accurate as per the product posted here in Amazon.Performance:I can do video editing here and can multitask heavy applications. I am dealing with social media tasks. I didn't tried it in games yet. If your video is 4K, you need to install VLC player, which is easy to install.Microsoft products are already installed.By the way, if you are editing photo or you want to render accurate color attributes in your digital artworks, this is not the right laptop for you. The screen light is not as impressive (compared to inteliRIS graphics laptops.)HP Victus 15, for its price, I understand.In this case, maybe you want to get an expensive lcd and connect it externally, if that is possible.

Laptop looks opened and used.
The laptop doesnt have wraping cover on it and charger is diffrent from the product picture.Looks like box already openned and sealed again.
