Not sure. Ours came with a hard copy manual.

Q: Why isn’t my alarm at max volume when it goes off?

When you program the alarm, there is a setting for volume. It is the 5th setting, and you will see a "U04" or next to the alarm time .. That is the Volume for your chosen alarm sound, so hit + / - to find a better volume. If you are using the FM radio as your alarm sound, there is a physical dial on the end of the clock for radio volume.

Q: Does the display on the clock dim when it's dark?

Yes, the clock can be set to 'auto dim' and adjusts to light levels to remain readable.

Q: I purchased 2 of these and they did not come with the wall plug? I had to use a plug from my phone charger. This did not occur as advertised also pic

Actually, it states at the end of their description. "NOTE：This clock works with a USB cord, the power adapter is not included." So I'll have to buy a charger as well.
