First off the G1 esque soundwave, it’s not as big as the book said, the instructions are for a different model altogether, second. WHY SO MANY RARE PIECES?! Kids love their toys to death, but if they can’t find a chrome part, why use it in the model? Then their parents will buy the über expensive chrome parts and the kids will ruin them in no time, and the cycle goes on of chrome parts becoming more rare and- oh right. A review. Sorry. Anyhow, to sum up.Amazing book, 8.7/10 will use to the end.

Bigger than I expected. Instructions are similar to the ones that come with Lego kits. My 5 you can follow them easily, he does junior kits. All the parts are listed for each figure.

My grandson is so enjoying all the new ideas in this book. Happy! He is ten years old, and a whiz at creating his own Transformers.

It is a Christmas present so my son has not seen it. But it looks like a good little book to give him ideas. Shipping was fast!

I was expecting more to be honest. Where are the Insecticons??? It is a picture book, instructions are not really the best. But don't get me wrong, kids will love this... IF they have parents that explained how the G1 Transformers are :)

We bought this book after our kid had it out at the library for almost 2 months. The book has lots of cool things to build and will keep them coming back for more.

I find the whole book confusing and he hasn't actually made many of the models as shown as he doesn't have the patience to find all the bits. BUT he absolutely loves it. It has inspired him to make up loads of his own transformers. He also took the book to show everyone he knows.

Altra perla di Orion Pax. Purtroppo (ma è comprensibile) la maggior parte dei modelli è in scala "micro", salvo Optimus Prime, modello di ottima fattura, divertente da costruire e molto giocabile

【注】下記レビューは「Transformer: Cool Projects for Your Lego Bricks (Tips for Kids)」に対して投稿したものです。別本の「Lego Tips for Kids: Space」と何故かレビューが一緒にされていますのでご注意ください。(著者が同じでも内容は全く異なります。)2017/7/10発売のレゴブロックによるトランスフォーマーの作例説明本です。5月にドイツ語版が既に発売されていましたが、こちらは英語版です。ALEXANDER JONES氏とJOACHIM KLANG氏による共同本で、ページ数は210ページでほぼオールカラーです。半年前に予約して7月下旬にやっと届きました。収録されている作品は次の通りです。・THE ARK・NEMESIS・TRANSFORMATION PROBE・MINI OPTIMUS PRIME・MINI GRIMLOCK・BUMBLEBEE・SOUNDWAVE・CONSTRUCTIONS・OPTIMUS PRIME・ENERGON-X・LASER GUN組付けは絵図で説明されていますので英語が分からなくとも大丈夫です。作品ごとに必要な「部品リスト」と「部品絵図」が書かれていますが、これらが一緒になっていないので部品を揃える際は時間が掛かります。(「部品リスト」には部品名と部品NO.と色などが明記されていますが、文章だけだと　どの部品か分からず、「部品絵図」があっても部品を注文する際にリストとの確認に手間が掛かります。JOACHIM KLANG氏の本は他にも購入したことがあるのですが、以前からこの書き方をしており、部品不足/部品数が間違っている場合がありました。→つまり、この書き方は製作者本人も間違えるほど信頼性に欠けるということです。) 　パッと見て、一番完成度が高いのは”OPTIMUS PRIME”です。部品数が多く、一部レアな部品が使用されていますので、全く同じように再現とはいかないと思いますが、変形出来ますし、完成時のスタイルも良いです。“BUMBLEBEE”は初期アニメ設定のビートルです。もともとALEXANDER JONES氏がHASBRO社 K-REOのブロックで作成したものをLEGOブロックに置き換えたものです。強度的に問題はあるもののこちらも変形出来ます。”CONSTRUCTIONS”は複数の建機を変形・合体させています。”SOUNDWAVE”も変形出来るのですがALEXANDER JONES氏の作品とは異なるデザインです。(7ページ目にはALEXANDER JONES氏によるトランスフォーマー作品がずらりと並んでいますが、その中の”SOUNDWAVE”とは異なります。)評価出来るのは上記に述べた4点ぐらいです。全体的に見るとイマイチな出来具合の上、本命以外の余計な周辺作品が多く、"コレジャナイ感"が満載です。(これらを見て何人の子供が作りたいと思うでしょうか? ) トランスフォーマーという需要に対して、著者側が理解しておらず、待たされた割には残念な内容でした。ALEXANDER JONES氏によるトランスフォーマー作品はまだまだ残っているので続本化に期待します。
