Adios Swiffer Wet Jet and your breaking cheap aluminum handles, this is a sturdier and better product.
Over the years I've used and broken many, many, many Swiffer Wet Jet mops. For some reason, either from weak product handles or my own strength they always break at the handle and I have broken so many. I love the Swiffer idea and I've tried contacting the company telling them of their defective product but nothing has changed over the years. I just moved into a home with a lot of tile floor and figured I'd be stuck with buying another Swiffer Wet Jet and while on Amazon's page I ran into this product. I remember at a hospital I worked at that the cleaning crew in our department used a similar type set up so I figured what do I have to lose? Sturdy, strong, very wide mop area and you get three re-usable microfiber cloths. From the first use I think I've found a WINNER!!! I just spray some Bona Tile cleaner and run the mop over the tile and presto, clean floor. No more having to mess with batteries, bottles of Swiffer Wet Jet Cleaner, purchasing Swiffer pads and more importantly no more breaking and buying more and more Swiffer Wet Jet mops. Thank you Homevative, I just wish I would have run into the product years ago because I would have saved so much money in the long run.

Best purchase I made in a long time, love it
This is one of the best purchases I have made in a long time. I love, love love it! Do to health issues I can no longer get down on my hands and knee's to scrub the floor. I was taught the floor is not clean unless you get down on your hands and knee's to scrub it. Not with this floor mop. First, my husband and I both like how you can easily adjust the length since he is 6' and I am 5'2". You get three high quality carbonfiber microfiber pads. I have no doubt that the pads will last for 100 washes like the description states. It picks up great whether you use it dry or wet. It is light, easy to manipulate through tight areas and a breeze to use. It also includes a scrubber for stuck on sticky messes that are difficult to get up. This item is great to buy as a housewarming gift or you can treat yourself to a mop that will get the job done faster and easier.

A year later and the mop is still going strong!
We have a small guest house and I've gone through several Starfibre and Bona mops over the years. I loved them at first but both brands fell apart far too soon. Plastic parts and mop handles broke - even the Starfibre metal handle.I had to dig to find this mop. What impressed me is that the mop head is metal, and so is the handle. There is a bit of plastic where the handle and the head join, it rotates in all directions-- a nice feature-- and I'm hoping that it's such a quality that it will last. The mop comes with three pads and a little scrubbing tool.I inadvertently ordered two mops but was so pleased with the quality that I kept them both. They've been put to use on polished concrete floors, and tile floors and though they're pretty new-- just been using them for a couple of weeks-- I expect that they'll outlast the Starfibre and Bona mops.I'll update in six months and report on whether I'm still enamored.

Comfortable to Use..but How to Wring it Out?
The mop is very sturdy and well put together. I just used it for the first time, and what bothered me was the inability to wring out the mop. I don't like having to buy expensive floor cleaning spray, so I just used my usually solution of Pine-sol and hot water which I poured on the floor. However, after finishing a portion of the floor, the mop head would turn dirty, and it looked like I was just sloshing dirty water around on the floor. Then I would have to go outside and rinse out the mop pad in order to continue with the next section of the floor. Other than that, the size made it comfortable to use. Am I missing something here? Does anyone have any suggestions? I could put the solution in a spray bottle and spray it on the floor, but the mop head would still get dirty.

Good for light floor cleaning, pads wash well, lightweight, easy to store
So far it’s great, I find it works better with my spray if the pad is wet first. I just run under warm water wring it out a little and then spray/ mop. Then I use a second pad with water only to rinse, just cause I like to get the cleaning residue off the floor so my floor is smooth. So far pads have washed nice. I have an impeller washer, no agitator, and I air dry. Head turns nice on narrow spaces.I’ll still use my bucket mop with washable mop head for a deeper clean, though, as I find this mop is good for in-between jobs but not a thorough cleaning. Hard to get up on base boards and little nooks and crannies and the pad dries out so I stop to add more water and wring it out as I go.

Great mop! Missing pads and detailer.
Really great mop, works very well and it's length makes it easy on one's back.I docked two stars because mine only came with 1 microfiber pad and no detailer. Not sure what happened.

Feels sturdy and easy to operate
Handle telescopes down for storage. Locking clip seems sturdy. That’s a weak point on some mops. This one seems better than average. Overall very sturdy and easy to operate. Soft foam grip handle will probably be first thing to go, but after 6 weeks and 8 uses, it still looks new. Pads that come with it have a tendency to stick to the floor when wet. It’s not terrible, just a little extra resistance. They work extremely well when dry for picking up dust. I picked up a set of microfiber pads that are maybe less absorbent and work a little better for wet mopping. I like to hold a squirt bottle of floor cleaner in one hand and operate the mop with the other. Less resistance makes that a little easier. If you use both hands, the original pads will work fine wet or dry.
