This might be the most solid cat house we've ever purchased. We were shocked, actually. It's very simple to assemble. We have a 10 lb & 15 lb cat and both jumped in immediately. It doesn't buckle anywhere, the fleece pad is reversible for the cooler summer months, and did I mention how sturdy it is? Still shocked. It's pretty tall, too. Both cats fit in each part of the house together at one point when they were checking things out. The one photo I have posted of the solo cat ... he's a pretty big guy (long and husky), and he had zero problems fitting in the bunk with his smaller bro. Five+ Stars !!!!!

My 22llb cat fits perfectly in this!! Very Sturdy and takes 2 minutes to put together !! My cat immediately went inside and loves it-No complaints at all!! Fast delivery too !

Just as described my cats love it, it has taken a beating and still looks good! Well worth the price.

This was very very sturdy and my cats absolutely LOVE it! My only suggestion would be to put an exit on each floor of this condo. When one of my cats goes in, the other cat traps them and there is no exit! Definetely makes for a good cat fight :-/

This is a fantastic kitty duplex. Don’t be fooled by the miserable look on her face. She loves it and spends most of the time in here and away from her kitty siblings. This is very roomy. She weighs about 15 lbs. Very easy to assemble and looks great. Highly recommend!

The media could not be loaded.  Sturdy and fun toy for cats. They are still playing with it after a week.

This is really well made, and very sturdy. I have a 28 pound cat who loves this thing. It was very easy to put together, took 3 minutes and it would be easy to pack away as well.
