Women's Space Knit Andrea Slide Slippers

Seems I am always on a quest for comfortable house slippers. I am happy to have found these. I cannot wear slippers that are too flat (like a flip flop) or those with a wedge heel ( like on many memory foam brands) The bottom of these slippers is the right thickness to wear well and be substantial enough to give support. The band across the top is soft fabric so it will stretch to accommodate swelling feet/ higher arches/ diabetic feet/ wide feet But this also makes them looser fitting ( take care on stairs) And I would not recommend them for narrow feet. There is nothing to rub/ irritate the foot inside or on the band - so they provide a non digging open toe. Except I cut off the care tag which was found inside the arch. If diabetic/ sensitive toes, order half or next size up. There is an outer ridge all along the outside of the slipper so ordering up would ensure your toes stay within the soft footbed and do not overhang/ rub against this edge. I usually wear a women’s size 7 And the 7-9 sizing is good. I do have a lot of stairs in the house, so one has to be careful as these are open toe, soft fabric, non binding, stretchy so they are not snug on the foot. The inner footbed is very soft. They are washable in the washing machine. I have just purchased them and worn a few days- so we will see how long they last.

I was looking for a home shoe which had firm support on the sides unlike the soft toweling ones you normally find. These are perfect. Washed well in the washing machine too. Will buy the other color. I bought blue.

These slippers have a form fitting foot bed. The sizing is slightly bigger than expected. Comfortable but my foot slips around a bit when moving quickly. They are holding up nicely.
