They’re not ebony
When you want to fake someone out you say that the pegs are ebonized and that’s how you legally trick them into buying them. This company states these are ebony and then you receive them and you find out otherwise a bit different ethically but you still end up with really bad pegs

Hole for string is not predrilled.
The pegs are too long and have no hole for the string. I expect that Amazon products for consumers are ready to use, not that I would have cut the the peg shorter and drill a hole for the string.

Wonderful Peg Set
The pegs have a beautiful finish and wonderful workmanship. I would buy these again if I ever need peg again.
