My shoe size is USA 10.5 and EU 44. I bought Quicksilver Men's Molokai size 11, and it has the appropriate fit. For your USA 10 feet, I would suggest that the appropriate size of Quicksilver Men's Molokai would be 10.

Q: i got a size 12, the length is ok, but the straps are too tight.. if i get a size 13, will the straps will be looser, or will the shoe just be longer?
