This little thing has a ton of ROM chips available. I needed it for an X2816A, which I'd had around for about 30 years. I actually had 2 of the same ROM chip. One of them, unfortunately, stopped working after programming, but I'm chalking this up to the age of the chip. The other one programmed just fine.

Ive used this to read a nand chip from a fallout 4 pipboy. It worked great. Whatyou need to be careful with is the appropriate adapters for whatever chip your trying to read. I would find the chip your trying to read first in the program your supposed to use with this. And then buy that adapter vs whatever listing say on amazon!

Awesome programmer/reader once you learn how to use it's software.

I lost the use of my Xeltek Superpro as it required an older style computer with WIN95. This little guy is far cheaper and does the trick. It doesn't have all the chips I use, but enough. Getting software involved an inscrutable Chinese web site, and God only knows what hidden features that someone may have added. The cable was junk. It would have the be held a certain way in the USB to work, but I have extra cables. Overall, I got what I paid for and it has been a joy cranking out '22V10 code.

I bought this programmer to burn programs on eeprom for a couple of 8-bit vintage computers. Once you figure out how to use it, it works very well. The documentation could use more proper English, but the menu on top of the app guides you rather well. It took me around 20 minutes to understand the app and after that it was smooth sailing.

Reading and Burning E proms is New territory for myself, I have boxes of old motherboards that needed the e proms backed up and or written a updated Bios code. For The price, This does quite a bit, This item was not a quick easy Install, a bit confusing on the software download, I had to hunt and peck quite a bit to figure it out what I needed, Once that happened, The driver found the device NO Issues, was reading and burning within a few Minutes, Still learning a lot about what all it can do. Great value for the $$$. Hopefully the seller can clean up their software site a bit, would be very helpful.

Me parece que es el programador rey de bajo costo que pueden encontrar. Lo compre porque necesito programar una 2732 cuyos voltajes de programación son de 25 V y que esté programador dice soportar, no cómo el modelo anterior el TL866. Es original y viene hasta con una especie de amuleto de buena suerte (algo que jamás había visto en un producto así). Recomendado al 100.
