how much does a 6 panel weigh?

I would say about 20 lbs. I have tendonitis in shoulders and I didn't have any problems putting it up or moving it around in a folded state or when expanded. LOVE THE SCREEN

Do i need a Stand for this

No stand is required, unless you want to stretch it out fully. Otherwise it stands on it's own and works as great room divider/privacy screen. I also received great customer service from the seller. I would recommend this!

How do I make it straight? what stand do i need?

It stands by itself. It is very sturdy and does not move once you stand it up as shown in the picture. We use it to separate the training room from the next of the reception at our clinic.
