Is this the oxidizer (step 2) or sanitizer (step 3)?

The oxidizer IS Step #2. Sanitizer IS Step#3. Do not Increase/Decrease recommended dosage. Love the way this product works. Keeps water clear as a bell. Very “skin” friendly. Enjoy.

How long will this product last?

There is a “Start-up” procedure (3 oz per 150 gallons) and there is a “Weekly” procedure (1-3 oz per 150 gallons depending on spa usage). So, it depends on how many gallons in your jacuzzi and how often you use it.

Is this the same as Baquaspa oxidizer?

Correct-replaces the Baqua Spa Oxidizer product that has been discontinued, but same 7.5% hydrogen peroxide and usage steps. Made by the same manufacturer and basically a refreshed branding, is my understanding.

It says this 7.5%h2o2 & water. can i just mix 7.5 oz. of h2o2 with 92.5 oz. of water and replicate this product?

The container is 32 oz. 7.5% of 32 oz. is 2.4 oz. You'd need to mix 29.6 oz. H2O with 2.4 oz. H2O2 to make the full 32 oz. I'm not sure if the H2O is just ordinary water or distilled water. Try it and see. It's definitely a lot cheaper.
