Lenovo ideacentre 3- 8 GB DDR4 RAM, 512 GB NVMe SSD, Core i3-12100 processor, 4 core 8 threads ; it has onboard wifi, bluetooth, HDMI, VGA, audio out port, USB 2.0, USB 3 and Type C pot, but no inbuilt audio. One has to connect speakers or use a monitor with inbuilt audio. I have used speakers. I have received it yesterday. The computer seems perfect for office work, general uses and even for gaming. There was no problem in installation. I did it myself. The only issue that I got was warranty. It comes with 12 months warranty. But when I connected to Lenovo, I found there that the warranty is left for only 10 more months. However it does not affect the performance of the PC. For installation and operations so for, 5 stars to Lenovo ideacentre 3. Today, after 5 days of purchase, I found that Lenovo has amended the warranty, and now it is showing 12 months warranty left for my machine. Thanks Amazon!

This amount represents a significant investment for me, and the product has not performed as expected. Issues: Videos frequently lag or freeze while playing. Internet disruptions occur despite a stable 100 Mbps connection, which works perfectly on other devices. Background: The product was delivered within two days of ordering, and initial testing revealed these issues. Due to job commitments and reliance on my old computer, I could not address these problems earlier. Recently, after switching to the Lenovo desktop full-time, these problems persist despite multiple resets. Actions Taken: I contacted Lenovo and Amazon customer support soon after noticing the issues but received no effective assistance. A replacement request via Amazon also did not yield a resolution. Request: For Lenovo: Provide immediate technical support or replace the product under the 2-3 year on-site warranty. For Amazon: Facilitate a replacement or return considering the unresolved issues.
