What is the size of each bag?

It is a one quart bag. Hope this helps.

What are the length and width of these bags. The package that is shown does not say? Also, how thick are they in mils, if it says somewhere? Thanks

The dimensions for the Zip Loc quart slider bags are: 7 7/8"x 5 7/8" x1 7/8" ( 20cm x 14.9cm x 4.7cm). The package does not indicate thickness, but does state that the bags are BPA free and are microwave safe.

Is this 3 boxes of 42 each for a total of 126 or 3 boxes of 14 each for a total of 42?

Great question. 3 boxes of 42 for a total of 126.

as long as your pull the ziploc tab all the way closed, there should not be any leakage. Also store the bag either upright, or flat in your freezer.
