Cheerful giver candles are amazing!!! I have three main scents I go for: Holly tree, juicy apple, and orange cinamon clove. These have a strong throw like Yankee candle 20 years ago before they sold out to a big corporation. When I see bad reviews I always assume its from big corporate. I bought over 20 candles and they are my favorite brand by a mile. When people come to my home and smell the candles they always ask me where I got them because they are so good. Another side note is they employee special needs adults to help in building their candles which I think is amazing. I have had a very few candles where the wick placement wasn't exactly perfect but I can very easily over look that really non issue because of the charity work involved in construction. Remember when you buy these you're not just getting the best candle on the market but you're also helping out a special needs adult somewhere that's trying their best. I would ignore all negative reviews as corporate canlde companies have a long reach. Try one of the 3 scents i mentioned and you will never buy another major brand again I guarantee it.

I used to buy these candles when I lived in Michigan. SOooo happy to find them on Amazon now that I'm in Nevada. I am delighted with the stand I got to go with the candle and I love the color. I haven't lit it yet and I can smell the pine all the way across the room. I have had one of these candles, scent "Snowman Memories", for 16 years and it still has its' Holiday aroma. I do wish they had not changed the black top. I think the old ones that weren't imprinted were nicer. Regardless, Keepers of the Light beat Yankee and all other candles hands down. You won't be disappointed.

Smells just like a Christmas tree! Wonderful!

On viewing the 5.0 rating I decided to try this candle, the first time for me and this brand. Well, I wasn't disappointed, the candle lived up to all the reviews with it's nice pleasant scent of winter pine. It is the best I have ever found for a woodsy, winter pine centered scent with a good throw. You can really smell it but it is not overpowering. Happy with my purchase and am looking forward to trying out other scents from this company

I love the smell of fir trees. Holly, Balsam, whatever. They're all good, and this candle delivers them. My one, quite minor, complaint: the smell doesn't seem to travel far from the candle. Perhaps this is a characteristic of all candles, or perhaps the room I have this candle in is not conducive to maximum smell dispersion. In any case, it's not enough of a gripe to knock a star off, especially considering this thing is humongous. Honestly, without guns at your immediate disposal, you could use this monster to bludgeon an intruder, then light it to celebrate your triumph over him because it damn sure wouldn't break. It is the giant Viking goblet of candles. The two wicks are a nice touch, too.

cheerful giver - a holly tree candle, 22 oz.Love smell, jar, everything. Bought as Christmas gift, no doubt they will appreciate it. Also ordered Day Spa, equally as nice, arrived without ribbon/tag, was replaced immediately. So glad we tried these out, worth it, would buy again.

OK I am sold on these candles. This candle has a beautiful fragrance. I purchased this one & the Welcome Wreath. This one is a lighter scent, but beautiful too. As far as packaging goes, I was surprised they arrived in one piece as they were just thrown in a box without any bubble wrap or anything. I would still order again though.

Wonderful fragrance. Might need to buy this for all year round use. I do have on order the Juicy Apple, as I have just discovered the Cheerful Giver line. Don't hesitate to buy the Holly Tree...you won't be disappointed!!!

Definitely does not smell anything like the description given...."holly berries, cinnamon, clove and vanilla."Smells exactly like a pine tree. Almost afraid to light it. Extremely disappointed.

DO NOT GET HOLY TREE!!! It smells so bad, it gives me headaches all day long, I had to throw it away just so I can be able to live in my own home ...

This candle lasts so long and the smell is so good. It is always a special treat when we get around to buying our next Keeper of the light candle.

Love candles in winter, this didn't disappoint. Lovely scent
