Excellent product, easy to set up, delivered on time

So far so good. Paired up so easy. Lovely and light and earpiece is really comfortable. Can't really comment on the battery life as not long had the item hence only the 4 stars. Very clear when on calls hence the 5 stars. i have used other wireless earpieces but this is definitely the best one so far.

This is the best Bluetooth headset I've tried. I wanted something that would cut out wind noise and this does about 80% of the time. It makes allot of calls that were previously impossible, possible.There are some issues: On WhatsApp if you use VM which I do, you will need to use an additional App called Bluetooth mono, or similar. In order to use the sound cancellation mic on VM you have to reset the device using the App. You do this by turning the device off then on again on the Bluetooth mono App. Somehow this then allows you to use VM on WhatApp with noise cancellation but it wont allow you to hear a massage, for this you need to use the cancel call button on the device itself or use the Bluetooth mono app and turn it to off. Every time you finish listening, to make another VM you need to go through the same process.I don't know why this is but it seems to be the same with most VM apps and perhaps a compatability issue between these apps and using a mono headset. Its very annoying but you get used to it. On calls its totally fine.Appart from this it works well.

Easy to use.

First it was very confusing with pairing messages,Ear was painful if not put on properlyAnnoying confusion and you can't connect or use two device to geather.But now I got use to this, but I prefer my old one as you can connect two devices at the same times.If it's on for a long time and don't use it, then it's disconnects automatically and then you have to pair it again.Sound quality sometimes its clear and sometimes it's not, this is not network issue.My old one was excellent in a every way.But I am now use to it and find it okay, but still prefer the newbee ones are good.This one looks good.

Value for money, works great. And the charge lasts for a long time. Clear sound when making and recieving calls.

I use it as a hands free kit in my car.
