I have a One+ 9 pro. These USB-C earbuds did not work at first. My phone did not detect or recognize them at first plug in. They are well built, so I didn't suspect anything wrong with the earbuds themselves. After a bit of research and fiddling around, I switched on OTG mode on my phone, and my phone recognized them. (OTG means: on the go. It tells your device to read usb-c connections as if there is a full size USB device plugged in.) After that, even with OTG disabled, they're plug and play as any earbuds should be.I was very concerned at first, but once I got them to communicate with my device, I'm very satisfied with them. They sound a bit neutral for music, but they are not tinny at all. For podcasts, they perform excellent.The button controller on the earbuds has a volume up and down, and a pause/play button. Overall, I'd say they're pretty solid.

I suffer from tinnitus and thought that I'd lost hearing in my left ear because I had expensive blue tooth earbuds and I could hear nothing with my left ear. Then, I tried this product that was only a fraction of the cost, and my left ear now hears just fine. Something about the ear buds is superior. I have tried jamming my blue tooth earbud in the left ear, and I can only get sound if I hold manually. If I let go, no more sound. I'll never go back to wireless / blue tooth unless I can get the same sound.

I'm a voice actor and I use these for Skype calls with my recording partner while we record material together on different continents. It's a little annoying that they work themselves out of my ears when I'm talking, because when I use them I'm always talking. It works if I take the right ear out and drape it around the back of my neck and I keep pushing the left one back in as it falls out. The reason I decided not to return them because the sound quality is so darn good. This is my third product of this type and easily the best sound quality, volume control, noise canceling, etc. of any of them.

I tried several pairs of earbuds before landing on these. I'm not too picky, but these fit the bill perfectly. Sound was great, wires didn't tangle too easily, buttons worked great on the mic, and I love that I could plug them directly into my phone without an adapter. Used them every day for 6 months until I lost them. 😅

Fit nicely, sound quality is on par for headphones of similar make/pricing. Basically your standard set of headphone's nothing more or less.(Features: pause/play button, volume controls)I will note it did not come with additional rubber ear plugs where other headphones I've bought of this type have done in the past. So if you lose them or they fall out, you're out of luck unless you order some. I would remove a star but it was never mentioned having it in the description so I can't blame the seller.

Sound Quality:The left earbud was significantly lower in volume than the right, and the left also had almost no bass response. Adjusting the left/right mix in the hearing enhancement setting only created phase issues.Noise Cancelation:It muffled outside sounds well enough, but it did not do it in a way that was pleasing. Wearing these had the sensation of being underwater.Comfort:These were not comfortable, and caused irritation after only a few minutes of wearing them. Changing the rubber size did not solve this issue.Other:I did not even attempt to try the mic out, as I wanted nothing more to do with these earbuds. I've used AKG products for years when recording audio in studios or at home, and this is not a product they should be proud to have their name written on. Immediate return.

I purchased these headphones due to the absence of a 3.5mm audio jack in the new Samsung phones, necessitating a headset with USB-C connectivity. I find them comfortable to wear, and I value the durability of the main cord, which feels solid and resilient. It's worth mentioning that these headphones aren't marketed as noise-canceling, hence they received a lower rating in that regard.

It definitely works, but the sound could be better, especially as I have used the 3.5mm jack version and it was less expensive than this one. It's a shame my new phone doesn't have a headphone jack (not surprising) so decided to buy this one and I'm not getting the feel of the sound. Tried different music apps and equalizers but still doesn't quite replicate it. Maybe it's just me being picky/used to a certain kind of "sound". Other than that it's a good buy. Packaging and delivery was on point.
