Purchased for current customers' ongoing bathroom renovation based on desired color scheme and customer vision. Couldnt have made a better choice.. customer and recent visitors love it.Product: this faucet and its mounting hardware are sturdy!! The matte black and gold accents are very sleek and sophisticated looking- definitely nothing cheap looking about this. The detail in faucet handle arm and gold hot/cold markings contribute to its unique design. The finish is also perfect for easy cleanup and it seems to be good about not picking up dirt or fingerprints easily!Function: it works as designed and flow is actually perfect. I saw that others posted issues with flow but the brushed gold faucet was pictured and looks to be designed differently. For the black and gold design there were no excessive/high flow issues. Spout and position over vessel bowls/drain do contribute more/less to amount of splash as well as flow rate- learned from experience.Value: quality piece for the price; paid more for other faucets but were not this sturdy nor the unique designInstallation: very easy straightforward install. So I honestly dont need instructions to install a faucet but I do read thru them as a good habit. Instructions could use some improvement and clarity especially for the DIYer but still see it being a fairly easy install.

What great faucets these are. We purchased two waterfall faucets previously. They looked good, but practically no water was coming out after a few months. These new ones not only look great but they produce an awesome amount of water, fast or slow. Easy install, couldn't be easier. Very pleased.

What I like: it's beautiful and feels like it's made of hefty, quality metal. It feels real solid in your hand and looks very modern installed over a vessel sink. The shade of brushed gold is also very nice.What I would personally change:The flow rate. This thing pours water. I would say it rivals a kitchen faucet, actually. You really don't need to open it much to get more than enough water. It's not really a negative as much as personal preference and awareness, its very different from my last bath faucet.How big it is. I thought the dimensions would be okay over my raised sink, but its super tall and just large. A little smaller would have just looked a little better, I think.Probably, if I hadn't just been at the point of full decision fatigue by the time this was going in after we suffered massive water damage I might have chosen to replace it with something a little smaller, but its installed now and I can make it work.

We were very happy with this purchase. The faucets were heavy and well made. There was a slight drip from the faucet after the water was turned on but it seems to have corrected itself. My only complaint is that the instructions were limited and could have been a little more detailed and complete. Overall we are happy with this purchase.
