Aches and pains were improved quickly, within 48 hours. Waking up with stiffness in my joints and general inflammation had begun to settle in and I thought, well this is it, this is what it feels like to age...then I realized, no, I need something to combat the inflammation, and this is it for me. Helped so much and so quickly I've sung its praises to whoever will listen. Good peach flavor, good texture (soft but doesn't stick to teeth), no issues on the digestion. I wish they sold it them in packs of two or a larger quantity.

These are SO delicious!! I've been taking turmeric for years and years. I've mimicked all the supplements my grandmother took (she lived to be 110). For some dumb reason, I quit taking it several months ago. That's when I realized I had arthritis. Turmeric completely masked the pain, as it's an antiinflammatory. I got more turmeric as quickly as I could. This time, for some reason, I chose these gummies AND I'M SO GLAD I DID!!! Oh, man, are they tasty!!! Sometimes ppl say that certain gummies taste like candy, but these really do! They're so delicious.

A friend recommended these to me, so I thought I'd try them. These gummies are soft and squishy and taste good. I take 3 every evening after supper and think of them as my dessert.
