Expensive, but they work like nothing else. I hate the fact that I have to pay $60 a month for these, but they truly are amazing. I have not tried anything that even remotely compares to how regular these keep me. Plus, they have an amazing minty flavor. 10/10

I have taken this supplement for 21 days. I have taken probiotic supplements for decades and prebiotic supplements for a couple of years. My first week on Synbiotic didn't feel any different than with other supplements. After about 12 days on Synbiotic I noticed I was not having food cravings or thinking about my next meal all the time. I was thinking about it after a few days of not having cravings, and I realized it must be this supplement because nothing else had changed in my diet or routines, so I looked up the benefits of postbiotics online, and sure enough, a decrease in cravings can be a benefit. Some of the information I ran across indicated that postbiotics are linked to mental health and feelings of well-being, and can even help people with serious mental illness diagnoses,. When I read that, I realized that I had definitely had less stress responses and a more positive outlook to dealing with work stress and employee issues that usually get to me. That sold me, and I put Synbiotiic on subscription! Because fermented postbiotics can have strong odors, there is disc in the supplement bottle that is saturated with a strong mint oil. It took me 3 days, then on the 4th day of having a burning feeling in my esophagus that kind of felt like heartburn, which I almost never suffer from, I realized that the mint oil clinging to the outside of the capsules was irritating my esophagus. I poured the remaining capsules into a bowl and now store them that way, then give each capsule a quick rinse before I take it and that has alleviated the problem. If I take the supplement with food, I get a little digestive upset, the best results for me are taking it on an empty stomach first then in the morning at least a half hour before eating, with plenty of water or green tea. I seem to be getting the same amount of digestive and immune support as I was on other brands of probiotics and prebiotics, but the new results of the postbiotic support are impressive and make the slightly higher monthly cost of this product worth it.

First off...the label is so hard to read that you can barely tell what strains are in the capsule. I see that now that the product listing does show the 'Supplement Facts' which is very helpful. Second, once I started this I did notice an increase in energy levels BUT....I had very high anxiety symptoms that started 48 hours after the first capsule. I endured 9 days of this. I did some research and found that certain strains can in fact increase anxiety. I haven't taken a dose for 24 hours and I already feel much less anxiety. So, be aware of this... Deducted a star for poor label design. Can't blame the ingredients. Again, I did have energy, but lousy anxiety, and no way to know that unless you take it and see how your body responds.

I started taking this in January 2025 after reading a review from someone who said it helped with her lactose intolerance. I decided to give it a try, and I’m so glad I did because it really worked for me. After about 1–2 months, I already started to feel a difference. My sensitive stomach improved a lot, and I stopped getting random diarrhea for no reason. Now, almost a full year later, I rarely need to take Lactaid before eating dairy products. The only time I still take Lactaid is if I’m having a very heavy cheese meal or a full glass of milk. Otherwise, if I have a scoop of ice cream, some cheese, or foods with some dairy, it’s no longer an issue for me. This has truly been life-changing, especially when traveling. I won’t go a day without it. It’s also so easy to take — just one pill after breakfast daily does the job. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with lactose intolerance or a sensitive stomach!

I find this pre-pro-post-biotic works well for my IBS-C with slow motility. Don't need to take Miralax anymore. Expiration date was 5 months out, totally reasonable for probiotics. The added mint aids my digestion, reduces bloat, and helps me "go". Ritual brand's marketing team should be shot for putting pale white thin printing on a light gray bottle. Insane trying to read it without a cellphone camera. Also includes a large silicone oval with etched print "This stays in the bottle, k?" Don't see any explanation for it. Because it works for my condition, I'm ordering another bottle. Despite the high price and poor labeling.

Bought for travel when I can't take my liquid probiotic with me. The mint smell is lovely and these seem to work well. Very similar to SEED brand, but at a much better price point, especially since you only take 1 per day!

I read about Tributyrin and its benefits for people with colon inflammation and ulcers. It’s also safe for those with SIBO and has many great properties. So, I decided to try it as a treat for my gut 😅, even though I don’t have these issues. The first capsule on an empty stomach caused diarrhea, but the next day was better. It improved my digestion without any side effects. ❌ The first downside is that the listing didn’t previously mention the strong peppermint flavor. ❌ The price is also high for just 300mg of Tributyrin, and I believe those with gut issues may need more than one capsule. I’m writing this review after finishing the bottle and trying two other Tributyrin-based postbiotics. This one was the best! 👍
