Has anyone had problems with it losing connection between the push button and the receivers ?

Yes - have had this problem with two out of three of the receivers on 18 month old system. Both still ring if button on side is pressed, so working. But connection lost. Have tried powering off everything and trying to set up as new, but didn’t work. Have contacted seller but no response as yet. Seems not an uncommon problem on a few brands.

Question 2

Can you have one receiver and two bell pushes that give a different sound, we want one on the front door and back door with different chimes?

Answering a question on how to do something with "Yes you can" makes me wonder about the comprehension of the people responding. Like you say, there are no instructions for doing this. I've returned mine due to this issue. Frankly, even if its possible, if the manufacturer can't be bothered to document it, why bother  to deal with them. I vote with my feet at times like this. If they manufacturer doesn't want to tell me, then I don't wan to know.

Question 3

Is the door bell metal or plastic? I don't see the point in 2 door bells so does this come in a one door bell version?

The  bell and the push button part is plastic we have  the 2 door kit we have one in the  hall and one at  the rear of  the  house  so we can hear it in the garden I don't know if it comes  in a single version

can someone confirm that the plug is a UK 3 pin (live earth & neutral)  and  fits a UK socket ?
