Everything is exactly what it was supposed to be.

First I want to address the fact that the item was plastic and not glass like the original. Secondly when I purchased this product. I put my model number which was the SM968U. This item does not fit my phone at all. I will be returning this item. I'm sure the plastic will not be durable had it fit my phone.

This was so easy to install. Why spend $400 to have someone else do it. This product looks great, came with all the tools needed for install, and was quick and easy install. I did have to take some camera pieces from the old backing to put on the new one. But it was an easy swap. Highly recommend.

For Note 20 ultra 5g back glass. Other replacements didn't have the foam for the camera lenses, which is essential for keeping dust out of the lenses. Solid packaging in a box, so the glass is protected. Others did not have the common sense to package GLASS in a box to protect it from shipping conditions smh. SOLID QUALITY product and supplier!

I had to replace my original after 2 years of use because of a slight scratch to the back ,This is extremely easy to replace and it is pretty straight forward however , easy to break.I should of left it because this new one on the camera portion is broken.Gave it 2* for ease of use but nothing for quality

Quality "0" it broke while in my hand and cut it absolutely junk

This product was used and incomplete and it did not fit my device even though the I have the model of the device it had listed.
