The DungeonMorph Dice Adventurer Set is a revolutionary way to generate random dungeons for your tabletop RPGs. With this set, you'll receive 5 different 6-sided dice, each with a unique set of designs for various types of rooms and corridors. Simply roll the dice and connect the designs to create your own unique dungeon layouts. This set contains the Barracks, Dining, Halls, Worship, and Unusual Designs dice. The designs are engraved into these nearly 1" cubes. Grab some dice to roll a dungeon-on-the-fly or use them as inspiration when designing a dungeon.

Cool and I just can't wait to use them (will probably need a magnifying glass)
Haven't tried them yet but they're cool looking. About four times the volume of regular dice (being roughly twice the length on all sides as a regular die.) The symbols are quite small (don't throw away the legend) and so I'll probably have to pack a magnifying glass on my road trips using these. I got the Spellunker, Adventurer, and Explorer sets (there was one other set but it wasn't available for ordering.)

Cool, but of questionable use
The dice look very cool, are made with quality, and are solid and satisfying to hold and fiddle with. The “neato” factor alone is sure to make these a well-received gift for the GM in your life. And as an idea, they are very appealing. To this day, I want to be able to use them and tend to believe they should be very useful. However…I struggle to actually use them. A few of my GM friends who have them have also reported never actually finding a use for them. You are unlikely to be randomly generating a dungeon this complicated on the fly at the table, and even if you are these dice offer little benefit over a piece of paper with the 30 images on it.Yeah, it’s easier and quicker to rearrange the dice into a map than it is to mentally piece together images on a page, and these dice take less effort and table space than a deck of map pieces would. But it still isn’t something I found to be used often…if at all.Perhaps this is the perfect thing for some GMs, but after owning a set for three years and having not once used them for a game (despite playing three campaigns with weekly sessions) I finally gave up on their utility and sold them off.So, feel free to try them if you feel they’ll actually be useful for your gaming style, but be warned that I think they’re just a neat idea on paper and you may discover they’re more a novelty than a valuable tool. (Of course, mere novelty is a valid reason to have them, if that’s your goal.)
