Very easy to install. Also this is my 2nd set of carpet stair treads from this company. (I decided I wanted a light color for spring and a dark color for winter) both sets are very nice and durable, especially for our heavy stair traffic.

We have two master suites, one upstairs and the other downstairs. My wife and I usually live downstairs, but are inviting my mother-in-law to visit for 6 weeks. We wanted her mother to have the downstairs suite, so we moved our king bed up and the guest queen down. My wife has had both knees replaced and I currently have a bad right knee, so we installed these treads for our benefit. They are extremely easy to install, DO NOT MOVE with the adhesive and we have been living upstairs for over 3 weeks and we are more than simply pleased.!.! The treads stay in place while walking and while using a hand held Shark to vacuum them. I would highly recommend these treads for hardwood stairs. They were a bit pricey, especially compared to other Amazon products, but this set of treads are impressive and well worth the cost.

Look good and stay put. I bought these to train my dog how to get down the stairs. Seems to have been a good choice.

Very nice. I see a lot of people asking about the glue backing. It's not a typical sticky surface. The plastic covering is easily removed, but reminds me of the covers you find on a new monitor or laptop, to prevent scratches during movement. The tacky side is not sticky to the point it adheres to the flooring, but it must remain clean/dust free to keep them from sliding. I have two medium Chihuahua's that were terrified of my new hardwood floors (they fell several times). Mind you, these guys like to jump off the 3rd to the last step to the floor, and they often chase cats up the stairs not thinking. These pads stay effectively in place. Easy to remove to clean and vacuum the wood floors. Good size, great thickness, perfect support.

These are gorgeous with copper and gold threads. Well-finished on the sides so they won't fall apart on you. The bottom sticks onto our stairs but it's not adhesive, so far they have stayed in place. Washable, easy to reapply. Each rectangle has a slightly different part of the overall design. Very pretty.

These are wonderful! One of our Dobermans has been terrified of going down the stairs in our new house. These are the perfect solution. We got the set that includes the landing, which worked out really well for the landing that is midway up our staircase. Easy to install, great quality, attractive, and best of all they stick without being sticky! Our Zoa is able to confidently traverse our stairs again!

Beautiful stair treads. The adhesive is not great. Purchase carpet tape.
