This cover is translucent. So if youre trying to cover scratches or anything else on the case, you will still see them through the cover. Other than that it's an amazing buy. Mine was easy to apply (it just clipped right on). It looks great and feels smooth. Honestly I don't even notice it's there and I have no doubt it will protect my laptop from further scratches.

I got the transparent one for Latitude 5420. Time will show if it is durable, but in terms of the installation, fit, and looks, it is four stars. There were no instructions or indications which way it goes, so it took some experimenting to attach it. It has a thin profile and all the ports are open. Beware that it reduces the angle to open the laptop. Beyond the right angle the two parts of the cover start touching and get in the way of opening the laptop any further.

This was advertised as a case that would fit the Dell Latitude 5421. The bottom part of the case does not fit at all. It appears to be designed for a much thinner laptop.

Great computer case, it's nice quality, great color, and will help protect my work laptop. The feet that make it stand at a tilted angle was a great touch. It was so easy to snap into place, fits perfect, and is very secure. I think the quality is excellent and with the price. Be sure to measure and check compatibility. It was clear that my purchase had been returned but it was undamaged. I assumed they just bought the wrong one. I'm a happy customer and am thinking of purchasing another just for fun.

I’m really happy with this case, I bought 2 different colors. I use these to brighten up my work laptop and gotten so many compliments. It fits perfectly, snaps on perfectly and easy to remove it also gives my laptop solid protection. It’s very light doesn’t make my laptop bulky at all. It’s sturdy enough to to keep scratches and dins away from my actual work laptop. And I love that i can easily clean it.

The case is very good, but I ordered purple and got aqua? Aside from the disappointment in not have the colour I expected I’m very satisfied with my purchase.
