I was worried about the taste of adding a protein powder to my diet, but this tastes good and isn't gritty. I first mixed it into milk, but it was just too thick for me - it is like a milkshake and tastes great. Now I mix it into hot water and drink it like hot chocolate. If you are needing to add more protein to your diet which we do as we age, I highly recommend this product. They have different flavors to choose from and they mix into whatever you decide to add it to easily. I have the regular powder and add it to my coffee every morning also. I only use the Casein at night if I haven't gotten enough protein in my regular diet AND the added benefit is that you do not get hungry at all - stops the snacking!

The first time I tried this protein shake over night I woke the next morning with energy to workout. It increased my strength in the gym where I was able to lift heavier weights that was impressive. My son told me about this protein that’s good for overnight muscle recovery and it did just that! I love the vanilla flavor that tastes like a milk shake when added to vanilla soy milk with no gritty taste.

This protein powder tastes great and comes without all the other chemicals in other powders.I like it with milk and a small mixer works best to mix it up. The price is right and it delivered in two days.

Mixes well a bit thicker compared to regular whey. The peanut butter chocolate flavor is unremarkable doesn't taste bad but also not good.casein is also good for a cut since it keeps you full for so long.Overall a good product I'll just try a different flavor next time.
