Works amazing once you figure out how to work it id get a few keys before bc chances are the first one will be a bit messed up but it definitely beats going to lock smith’s asking them to cut flip keys that are hard to cut

Ad specified machine was a manual and automatic duplicator - this is not so. I have requested a return and refund for this product twice and am being ignored on both requests, even though it says a 48hr response. I run a business and to be down because the vendor prefers not to do their job reflects badly onto my company.Choose another vendor for your key cutting needs.

Works great and first cut worked good

Nit worth trouble I with it and it took for ever to a refund. No proper instruction on how adjust or use the machine. Will not ever buy any product from third part vendor.

The media could not be loaded. The motor spins backward Lifting the key fixture ..I tried to contact the seller for a even exchange but they go through Amazon customer service 1st you deal with AI and have no clue .This is a 3rd party seller .

The machine after a while stops cutting keys correctly. And have to keep trying to line up the metal plate that the key clamps attach to or the keys don't work at all.

Justo lo que esperaba por el precio que pagué. Es sencilla de usar y sin mucho ruido. Por el momento sólo he sacado 2 tipos de llaves y han salido muy buenas.
