Estoy desesperada porque no tengo solución a mi problema.
Compré el filtro se instaló conforme a instructivo y no sale agua. Llamé al teléfono que Amazon proporciona y vinieron a revisar en tres ocasiones los técnicos, sin resolver el problema. Ahora dicen que NO tengo ninguna GARANTÍA porque es Whirpool Estados Unidos, cuando anteriormente me dijeron que sí había garantía. Por tal motivo no devolví el producto y se cerró la ventana de devoluciones.

👍🙏🙏🙏Cracked filter case and leaky water tap
I bought a Whirlpool reverse osmosis system in April 2024. After about 6 months, we changed the filters with no issue, and used it another 4 months with no problem. Then it started leaking itself from a filter case even though we did not touch it at all. Then it started leaking from the tap as well. İt's been total of 10 months and we are unable to return it.
