very sharp, comfortable grip just one small thing if you like shiny knives this is not it, it'll get a patina fast

I love this little knife. It’s really cool looking and it comes sharp, right out of the box. I highly recommend it. Don’t leave it in the sink, put it in the dishwasher or put it away wet, because it will rust. I treat mine with oil.

Expensive but great for use as a fish knife for soft-boned fish.

Good knife,but I made the mistake of buying it too small.

鹿、猪のさばきに使用。刃先が使いやすく高級品ともそんなに遜色なし。少し重くカバーもないので忍び猟では気をつけて下さい。当方、タオルに巻いて輪ゴム止めでザックに入れ山に入ったところ切れ味が良すぎて知らない間にザックの内側が切れてました。狩猟ナイフよりさばきやすいです

切れ味は最高です 柄の合わせが気になります 削って面を合わせました

魚捌くのに出刃より手軽な包丁が欲しくて買いました。ホントに良く切れて使い回しが良いです。イワシからブリくらいまでならコレ一本でじゅうぶんです。
