My hair is much softer and less frizzy after one wash! It’s very effective at giving my hair moisture. The recipe seems like a gentle clean. It’s lightweight in thickness. You don’t have to use a lot, so the bottle size seems decent.

i’m using this in conjunction with other amika Hydro Rush products (except for the mask, which i’ll try when i’m out of my other hair masks) and i’m having a great experience.i’ve tried Olaplex, Kérastase (Gloss Absolu) and Redken (All Soft), and these products have blown them out of the water for my very thick, 1C, dry-leaning hair.my only complaint is that the bottle can be very difficult to squeeze out product. for this reason, when i run out, i’ll probably switch to using the amika refillable pump bottles with the refills of the shampoo and conditioner. too bad, because i love the aesthetic of these bottles.

I am reviewing this under the assumption you're using the shampoo and conditioner as a combo.I have a very slight wave to my hair that is very difficult to maintain with cheaper haircare products. The shampoo and conditioner combo keeps my scalp clean while still maintaining the defintion of the waves and curls I have. The scent (from the conditioner) is pleasant but not overwhelming. I have good success with washing twice and conditioning once every 3 days. I will be getting the bigger bottles when these finally run out.

I am navigating a new era of menopausal dryness exacerbated by the change of season. My dryness is all over. I have fine, wavy hair. This performed better than joico, Pantene, alterna, pureology, redken and Korean brands. My hair doesn't feel crispy everywhere. There is still dryness, but it's 80% better. It gave me back hope. I will use this as I continue to learn and understand my new era, but I will keep looking for a way to get my silky locks back. One complaint is I do wish it lathered better. It leaves quickly, feeling like I don't have soap on my hair.

We love this product. I big pricey but worth it. Smells great and works wonders for my hair.

Call me crazy, but I don’t see what the big fuss is about this stuff. I’ve used several types of “salon quality” products. This one was the worst. For one, the smell is AWFUL! It smells like medicine! Then my hair feels heavy and has an oily feel to it. If I let it air dry, it dry in chunks. Like it’s covered in a light dusting of hairspray. Makes it hard to manage. So I felt that I used too much. Second time, use less, same issue. Third time, use even less, same issue. So no matter what, this product does no justice for my hair. Definitely not worth the money. Especially considering they are small bottles. I have color treated, dry, curly hair. I’ve had cheaper brands do much better than this. And what’s worse is it doesn’t help any part of my hair. Color. Moisture. Curl. Nothing. My luck for choosing Google to help me with my hair. This ain’t it.

This shampoo is very moisturizing and the scent is addicting. A little goes a long way. Very good for curly hair. I love it!

Used with the Amika conditioner and I could see results after just one use. My hair is extremely thick and it did not make my hair greasy at all but did add a healthy looking shine. Smells amazing. I would buy again
