Anker Power Strip with 2100J Surge Protector, Outlet Extender, 20W, 12 AC

sweet strip that cuts back on the need for power bricks. thought of getting one with more outlets but the price and quality on this one made me think that i didnt really need that many plugs lol , and the size itself and how the outlets are line up makes for a better footprint than other bulky long ones. feels like a solid good strip with tight plugs, the usb outs allow me to run cables straight to it without having to attach power bricks to the plugs and use space, so its a neat feature freeing at least three slots. pretty convenient for traveling too as its light and versatile with the aforementioned usb ports. i feel good about the iq technology too, i feel like it adds a layer of extra security on top the surge protection. the holes in the back seem good for wall mounting in case i change my mind but for me i think, i will keep it on the floor for now. so far so good and because of the usb outs, i haven't needed to use all the outlets yet, so working great for my use.

Love this anchor power strip surge protector works great in my office. I prefer the flat because it doesn’t tip over like the towers. Would buy again and very durable. Worth the money. as you can see, I use it for many things to plug-in and I’ve never had any problems with this surge protector, the design is perfect for my needs even k and it’s portable where you can take it anywhere

It's nice having a bunch of plugs in different orientations so that I can plug in a few devices with larger plugs. It's also really nice that it has a USB-C plug so that I don't need to keep switching my phone and watch off the same brick. I just leave the watch charger plugged into the power strip and it fast charges. Purchased this at the end of September 2025, it's now late January 2026. For the past two weeks the USB-A ports have not been working properly. As of today, neither will charge anything. I'm going to try to reach out to Anker before adjusting my start. Update 2-7-2026: I reached out to Anker support on Saturday 1/31/2026. I received a response via email early on the monring of Sunday 2/1/2026. They apologized and offered to send a replacement of the same power strip. I happily accepted. I received the package on Wednesday 2/4/2026 and set it up the next morning. The very first thing I checked were the two USB-A plugs, and neither worked. I flipped the switch to power the strip off, waited a couple minutes, then turned it back on. Then the USB-A plugs started working. I reached back out to Anker support in the evening on Thursday 2/5/2026 and told them what happened. I told them that I do not believe this can not be an isolated incident as it's happened to two of the same model, only difference being that with the new one it happened immediately, but with the first one it was about four months before any issues arose. I also asked if they could either replace with a different, less expensive power strip that will hopefully not have this issue. I just heard back from Anker support this evening, 2/7/2026. They said: "we will arrange for a replacement model A9183 to be provided to you, based on your needs. However, our Quality Engineers have requested to have the troubled device returned to them so that they may investigate the origin of the defect to improve our product. Any replacement process will only commence after the inspection is completed and the contents of the package are verified. Once your replacement is shipped, you should receive it within 5-7 working days." I'm on the east coast, this is going to Cali via USPS. I'm guessing I'll be getting a different power strip in March. For those wondering, "if you just need to power off the strip and power it back up, whats the issue". This is not normal function of the power strip and I have devices connected that should be powered up 24/7.

this surege protector works amazing lots of ports decently spaced out so that you can fit larger adaptors i only wish more companies mad the plug part rotatable like afew i have to align better not on the surge protector. I've got 6 of these and always look for ankert when I can as theior products have not disapointed yet.

Terrifc units. I bought two for my P.T. clinic to plug in some units. Takes up very little space on my equipment carts and have excellent layout and availability for all kinds of computer, phone, and other units plus 120V separate plug openings. Great price too!

It's on the smaller side with an almost elegant look to it. The outlets are spaced so there is plenty of room for all the oddball plugs and transformers you seem to get with computer equipment. Set up simply and easily. So far I'm really liking it a ton.

The strip has impressed me thus far after a week, with the amount of outlets it provides, and how much power I can actually use with it. Even if I can't use the ones in the center, I often don't need anything more than the four on each side.

Lots of plugs and works great. The USB plugs are a nice bonus too. For the price, this is great. Perfect for my home office that's running two monitors, a docking station and up to two laptops. Plenty of plugs left as my needs change.

Anker products are reliable and this power strip was no exception. I was struggling to find a power bar that I trusted my devices to be plugged into and that kept the plugs in the strip. Others seemed to have an issue of falling out easily and were not as reliable as this one. I have had no issues with the power strip from Anker and I can rest assured that my devices are protected when plugged into it. Definitely worth the slight increase in price as compared to other products!

Great powerstrip so far. I love the layout of the plugs allowing for a pretty wide array of AC adaptor sizes and the USB options. My only note: it is mountable but the only option is 2 screws, personally i dont like the idea of drilling into my wall near where i know there is power cables (it is a power strip after all) so i would appreciate it if it came with a 3m tapable wall prong. Thats really not a big deal though as the strip works great and as advertised

I now have five of these in my home and I love them. They're my go-to power strip now. The outlet layout is fantastic, allowing me to use power bricks and standard cords easily without much crowding. The USB ports are a nice touch too; the USB-C power delivery works to fast charge my devices, and the USB-A ports ensure legacy compatibility. I've mounted them to walls, desks, and just used them on a shelf. They're great in all both orientations, but they cannot be mounted horizontally. That's a minor knock on an otherwise excellent power bar. I will be buying many more of these in the future.
