if this tank comes recharged at 20 psi can I add air too it if needed? the watts I have now is recharged at 40 but is bad now

Yes air can be added. There is a valve stem at the bottom of the tank. As I recall, I brought the pressure up to 40 lbs. I checked out their website to see what I use for my well pump switch that runs 40 to 60 lbs.

What is the connection size?

The fitting connection is 3/4" NPT threads.

This tank will be used on an rv, do any of the tank suppliers offer either a wall mount or cradle type floor mount for the heavier tanks? thanks, ray

Hi Ray, I purchased the same expansion tank, and mounted it on my wall. The bracket I used was called Hydro Claw, by storm king. Its not cheap at about $35 to $40, but it is a well made, heavy duty bracket. Very nice looking install. Even my plumber buddies are very impressed! Highly recomend. Good luck, and stay safe. Rv parks pressure varies. have my incoming pressure set at 40psi. but when using the pump, it comes on at 35psi, & off at 60psi. is this a fit 4 us?

May be helpful, but the pump run pressure range of 15psi is probably normal

We got our pressure valve fixed and so had to install this to prevent the pressure relief valve from going off on the heater. This was easy to install and has clear instructions: 1: pump to the same pressure as the water pressure 2: install (no need to support it) It's pretty small so make sure to size it appropriately. We have had zero issue and everything is working just fine.

Good quality Tank- paint and threads.

The tank arrived on time and in good condition. Installation was easy. The tank paint and threads were all good quality. It was installed to reduce water pressure changes on my hot water tank. The pressure relief valve was periodically leaking and the expansion tank resolved the problem.
