The only downside is durability in cold weather. They tend to crack more easily when the temperature drops. In normal conditions, though, they play really well. Overall, a strong choice for outdoor play as long as you’re not in the cold.

Favorite pickleballs. Great all around. They do wear out but your should be able to get many games it. Have not played in door with them to compare but outdoor play is awesome.
