Absolutely Perfect!!!
UPDATE TO MY UPDATE: I changed my rating back to a 5 star rating because I "accidentally" found out how to lower the light output. Push the snooze button (not when the alarm is going off... but at any other time) and the light intensity will change. There are 3 or 4 different light intensities...it is now bright enough to be a night light in my girls room and dim enough not to wake my son in his room. I'm so glad! I LOVE these clocks! UPDATE: I had to change my rating because, although the clock is nice, it puts out WAY too much light. It wakes my son due to the light pollution, and I end up turning it away from him so he can't see the numbers. There's really no point in having an alarm clock that you can't look at. It would have been nice if the numbers put out a soft red light like most alarm clocks do... but this one is way to bright with it's white LED display. I may have to return it just for that reason. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I absolutely love these! Bought two for each one of my kids. I love that they can wake up to a soft melody with volume control to suite their needs, instead of an annoying loud beeping sound or buzzer. They are too little for phones, so they needed a traditional alarm clock and this one fits the bill. Easy for young children to operate. Just push the button to turn it on and push the button to turn it off. Easy! They were too expensive in my opinion, but I paid the price b/c it was exactly what I was looking for. IF they ever go through a re-design, I'd ditch the turn style knob b/c it's a bit annoying and takes forever to set the clock and set the alarms when you only get through 10 minutes for every turn of the dial. I sat there turning the thing for 15 minutes just to set two clocks and two alarms. lol!

Almost the perfect alarm clock
This is an awesome alarm clock. It's super easy to program. Press a button rotate the dial and it's set. I also like that you can set the brightness manually. Some alarms can be too bright and keep me awake so I like having that degree of control. The alarms are also great. No annoying beeping and you can adjust the volume. It does get pretty loud. Also the separate songs for the different alarms are a good idea. They are relaxing to wake up to. One is "Sound of Silence" by Simon and Garfunkel and the other one I forget but you can listen to them in the video reviews. There are 2 things that prevent this alarm clock from being perfect: The light on the clock is white but has a blueish tint which keeps me up a little. I'll never get why clock manufacturers use blue lights for alarm clocks. It would be nice if there was a "silence the alarm button" so you're not reprogramming your alarm every day. The way it works is when the alarm rings you press the alarm button but then your alarm isn't programmed anymore. The way to get around this is you have to press your alarm button twice, once to turn off and once to reprogram which when I'm tired doesn't always happen. That's why I'm worried what will happen when I get a job.

Defective product received both purchases
*Update* - The replacement clock went completely dead the first night. In the morning, the clock was dead. I had backup batteries inserted and the power source was hooked up. Everything was fine at 11:00pm, but when I woke up, everything was black and it never sounded the alarm; not functional. *Update* - I discovered a bug with alarm # 2. This alarm clock has two alarms that you can set. (I've only been using one alarm per day). The issue is with the snooze function on alarm # 2. It is designed to sound every 9 minutes when you press the snooze button. The snooze function on alarm # 2 does not trigger the alarm again after 9 minutes. Example: When the alarm goes off at 8:30am, and I snooze it once, it will never sound a second time, whereas, it should sound again at 8:39am as designed. This issue does not happen with alarm # 1 - only alarm # 2. I just ordered this clock again to see if I come across the same issue a second time. I actually like the clock so much that I'm giving it a second chance and hoping the new clock does not have the same problem. Initial review: This alarm clock has me looking forward to going to bed. It's simple to set, nice to look at, and the music it plays in the morning is very calm and inviting (instead of the typical beep sound of other clocks). The volume starts out low and automatically rises, so it brings you smoothly out of your sleep - it's very pleasant. The dual alarm and dual USB charging ports are convenient!

Small clock, nice features, not very accurate time keeping
Very nice and small. Good feature set with dual alarms, temperature reading, and two USB charging ports. There are two drawbacks: setting the time and accuracy of the clock. The first drawback, using the wheel for setting time, is that you have to rotate the wheel to do so, with each wheel rotation equaling a few minutes. Hence, if the time is off by more than a couple of hours, you have to rotate the wheel multiple times. Same with alarm settings. However, I have no problem with this because I don't need to make alarm adjustments or time settings that often. Plus, the reduction in device size is accomplished by utilizing the wheel for tasks that would take multiple buttons. The display is the right size for me, as I need large, but not giant sized numbers. A definite plus for me is the adjustable brightness. There are four settings, high, medium, low and off. At night, I set the brightness (tap the wheel) to "off". The brightness actually does not go off completely, but it is dim. I can read it easily in the dark, but it does not cast a bright light. The second drawback is that this clock is not super accurate. It gains about 10sec/day. Other users report the same behavior. That means each month, I'll have to set the clock back about 5 minutes. Not a complete showstopper, but not great, either
