Disappointed as the symbol for the word and was excluded from the frame.
Lovely gift and would recommend to buy but was a little disappointed. Disappointed as I received the frame which excluded the symbol for the word and. When I was placing my order and was asked to customise, I was only asked to provide the names. Please make it clear to customers that whenever they are customising, whatever is written will be printed. This was a gift for a couple which I was disappointed in. The couple loved it anyway.
