I originally gave these earbuds 4 stars. Spoke too soon. They now have a short in them. The cord must be held in a specific way in order to hear anything in either ear. Waste of money they are no better than the cheap earbuds. And the cord tangles constantly. One star.(Edit: After giving my review of the issues that I experienced with these earbuds, a customer service representative contacted me immediately and offered an apology on behalf of the company. They assured me that this was an isolated occurrence and would be happy to resolve the issue for me. I really appreciate that prompt response. 3 stars for customer service.

The sound quality is great and I loved the earphones for a month before they started acting weird. Now, only the right ear works so I'm not happy at all with the durability.Edit: I originally gave the earphones one star but customer service got back to me really quickly, which impressed me a lot and these earphones seem to be working fine.

I've been using these earphones for about three months, two or three times a week during workouts or while outside working on the property. They fit my ears well, and provide good sound. About 3-4 weeks ago, static started developing after a couple of hours of use. Then last week, the right earpiece died completely. The on-cord switch to stop/start audio has also become unreliable, sometimes responding, sometimes not. Maybe I was too hard on them - I do sweat heavily during workouts - but they should've lasted longer.

Good sound quality. Had problem with 1st set, seller made good on replacement..

I bought these because I wanted earphones that wouldn't fall out when I was doing intensive exercise. i changed the earpiece on mine to fit, and they do the trick great. The sound is really good as well - the noise canceling works better than my bluetooth earphones, and the bass on these really kicks.

Microphone does not work after a week of use. Ear pieces way too big and sound quality not that great. Definitely has a bass boost. Given the fact that it didn't last a week i cannot recommend it.

These are great as they sound amazing and stay in my ear when I exercise. I have been looking for something like this (very comfortable & good sound) for a while.

broke within a week and that was after the battery life wouldn't last longer than 2 hours. Save your money
