1.75-Amp Car Battery Charger

This is a great motorcycle battery charger, it has 3 different charging stags, Trickle Charge, Maintainer and Battery Recovery. The Battery Recovery is awesome. It takes about 2 days to completely bring you battery back to life. This charger is pretty small so you can pack it away on your ride just in case. I've had this charger for about a year and it still works like it did when brand new.. Very good quality and a great price, seller shipped free and fast. W

Works with Porsche 997 with sae auxiliary power outlet pigtail adapter (purchased separately) With the 12v cigarette lighter / auxiliary power adapter connected to the SAE connector, I am able to plug right into the passenger side, auxiliary power outlet. Which Porsche designed as a charging port or power port when the car is turned off. It is a permanently switched to port meaning that even when the car is off, that port has a direct connection to the battery. I like this product because it gives me both an amperage and a voltage read out clearly visible with the LCD display. Although some might disagree, I like that it stays lit when disconnected from wall power. Which means that it gets its information fed directly from the battery. This inexpensive unit gives me more information than much more expensive alternatives that have no visible read out. I’m very happy with my little set up! I purchased a two pack of SAE auxiliary/12 V cigarette outlet pigtail adapters for less than $10 here on Amazon. They fit snug and everything works as it should!

This little charger is fantastic! It’s a 1.75A charger that out performs my larger old trickle charger. It’s a smart unit with an easy to read display. (One thing to note: it will specifically NOT work for LiFePO4 batteries. This will NOT do the charging profile required for ONLY those batteries, But it works VERY well for AGM and standard batteries.) I bought it to use the de-sulfate feature on some old UPS batteries, but they were too far gone. However, I’ve used it on my Harley battery as a regular charger and it’s been strong and reliable. It starts out as a regular charger, then shuts off when the battery is full, then automatically goes into trickle mode as it needs to. It’s got a great feature in that it displays what it’s doing. The display toggles back and forth showing the exact volts and amps it’s putting out as well as the graphical display of the battery filling up. It’s a “set up and leave it go” thing that will shut down when the battery doesn’t need it or it will turn back on when it’s needed. Recently my truck battery was too low to turn it over so I connected this charger. I like the voltmeter display. It showed 11.2v before I plugged it into the wall. Once plugged in, this unit displayed exactly what it was doing and had me up and fully charged over night. The next day I did notice that when I moved the cord at the connection, the screen went dark. I surmised that there are broken wires in the SAE plug. I contacted the seller asking for a new SAE plug to solder on, and they wrote back overnight that they are sending me an entire new unit! What great customer service! This is a great little charger that does all that I need backed by a company with great customer service!

The tender works good on a working battery. Background, my battery was at it's end life when I bought this unit. My previous tender stopped working two or three weeks prior to purchasing which caused my battery to unexpectedly not hold a charge or hold up for a jump. Initially after buying it seemed the unit was not registering my battery as advertised. After reaching out to the seller and explained the situation, I was getting ready to return the unit since it seemed faulty out of the box. After jump starting the car failed with a known good jump box, I had the battery tested and it was determined the battery was past it's expiration. Since replacing the battery, the unit register's the battery as expected and has been trickle charging without an issue since. It connects and plugs in quickly. Switching between modes is as easy as the press of the button and hadn't had an issue since the battery was replaced. I have been using this for several months and it seems to be holding up well to the elements. I still have yet to try it in cold weather but seems to be holding up well so gar with the weather.

I've got a car that I don't drive a lot and the battery won't stay charged. This works great for keeping the power topped off. Like how it's compact with instruction that are simple for my kids to understand. Plus this is a battery saver, there not cheap anymore.

So far all is good with it. It’s very nice for me he price especially that it offers 3 different settings. Very simple to use. I son has two and hadn’t had any negative feedback.

I use this tool more often then I thought i would need to. Its quite nice to have in my tool box when I don't start up a vehicle for a while. Its been reliable for me so far happy to have it.
