How do I hang this on the wall? Not sure what the long stainless steel items are for and how to use them??

It has keyhole slots on the back of it so it hangs You either have to anchor it in Sheetrock (it comes with anchors) mine I directly screwed it into the side of my cabinets. I drilled a smaller hole first then screwed in the screws. The reason I drill a hole was so I would not split the wood with the screw. Hopefully this helpful

Anyone know the exact measurements of all the pieces? I see the package measurements, but not the actual product unless I'm missing something?

I agree that there is no place where they give the dimensions of the three individual pieces. I have an old kitchen and the drawers are not large like modern day drawers. I am likely going to have the split the three pieces into two drawers. So very close to adding to my cart but it is not going to happen unless someone give the measurement of the three items separately. Hello seller are you watching??? It is no where in the description. Can this be used using heavy duty command strips the tested for 20lbs?

Based simply on weight, if you get the higher rated command strips, yes. Tinfoil rolls are a little heavy, but I would only worry about the frequent movement.
