Sleek and aesthetic build. Good quality of output. Quite good, indeed. However, a short while later, it revealed it's fault. It started crackling, then stopped all together. It gives out a tuk tuk sound only. I sent the product to one of the service centres by speedpost. They did not bother to reply. I complained to the head office. Their response was alarming. They did not have a tracking system and weren't proactive. I still haven't received my product back. Better to give this company a miss. Update: The product came back. But the sound output had reduced, there was low sound and only on one side. The service centre at Hubli orally confirmed that there were two speakers and to send it over. After sending it over, they said there's only one speaker. Bad experience. Waste of hard-earned money.

Pairing it with my devices was a cumbersome process, and even when successfully connected, the connection would frequently drop or become distorted. I ended up resorting to the auxiliary input instead, which defeated the purpose of purchasing a wireless Bluetooth speaker in the first place. The build quality of this speaker is also subpar. It feels cheaply made and lacks durability. The plastic body feels flimsy and fragile, making it vulnerable to damage even with slight mishandling. It certainly doesn't inspire confidence in its longevity, which is disappointing considering the price point. One of the advertised features of this speaker is the support for USB and SD card playback. However, this aspect is nothing short of a nightmare. The speaker often fails to read files properly, resulting in frequent errors and playback interruptions. Sound clarity is good for this price range, but the volume is disappointing. The loudness is much lower than expected—it doesn't perform like a 10 W speaker and feels closer to a 3 W speaker.
